I think it all does if you drink enough. On nights when I'm totally plowed, I try to remember to eat something and drink plenty of water before bed. Some people suggest an Advil or something similar but I heard it's bad to mix with booze. My drink of choice? A lotta-lotta Jack Daniels!

I heard the best way to avoid a hangover is to drink every day.

Don't blame it on the alcohol; it's the sleep that gives you the hangover.
which reminds me that was my last becks. I think I'll pick up a 6 before the bar closes.

a hangover is just dehydration from the alcohol... drink a lot of water before u go to bed and when u wake up, or even better drink something like gatorade or vitamin water

I always got a kick out of Joe Don Baker from Cape Fear drinking a mix of Jim Beam and Pepto-Bismol. Anybody ever try that? Sure looked like he enjoyed it in the movie.

In the words of Frank Zappa circa joe's garage:

Hi it's me..I'm Back.

regarding Becks Canadian; German; American
even Henineken (when in a pinch)
I don't know about gas, but it seems plausable to me that some experience that. I suppose I am lucky

My energies seem to be regimented when regaled to long sessions of pure daubachery; When coupled with Jack Daneils girls need only know that they are in for a long hard night.
I have no idea what causes this in my gynome, but I do know however that it is absolute.

I think it might be the hops, as they are considered an aphrodisiacs.

As far as hangovers go....water the night of as well as greasy food (I am not kidding). And if you didn't nip it in the bud the night of- Tomato sauce of any kind (preferably marinara) the next day.

Now Leave me to my Stella I am almost in my cups :D

Bingo...i've drank all day, mixing drinks, taking shots and if u drink a couple of pints of water before u go to bed, u wake up fresh! U obviously piss throughout the night but it's worth it if ur drinking heavey.

Whiskey and heavey spirits give the worst hangovers.

For me, it's Champagne. During the course of an evening's festivities, I'll generally consume up to two bottles of the stuff without ever getting sick or hungover (thirst, however, is another matter entirely). Keep in mind, I say that as someone who drinks infrequently and has a fairly low tolerance for almost any other form of alcohol, save red wine. Good luck.

Good Scotch usually works for me. If I drink vodka it usually affects me, but sipping good scoth all night never gives me a hangover.
As always, never mix booze with wine or beer. That is a guarunteed hangover

yeah whiskey the the like do give the worst hangovers....Its all about impurities and the amount of water you drink as well.

Stick to high end Vodka and Gin if you want the easiest time, and definetly drink the water along with your alcohol!

It really depends on the person. But I will say the "cheap" brands tend to go through less processing and will cause more of a negative effect.

So true... When I was a sixteen-year-old, I once had the misfortune to drink too much Boone's Farm. Three days of vomiting and dry heaving followed. To make matters worse, I had to go to work two of those three days (during the weekend). It was terrible. I had to run behind a tree every fifteen to twenty minutes during two consective ten-plus hour work days. It was easily the worst drinking experience of my life. I learned a lifelong lesson about "quality," or the distinct lack thereof: If I can't get what I really want, I'm better off not getting anything at all.
