The European GP is going to be in Valencia, Spain so Nurmberg is of the slate also.

nurburgring and hockenheim will switch in the future, since one race in germany per year is enough, especially after the career-ending of michael Schumacher.
personally I hate that idea of a "night race" for single-seaters....
F1 never really caught on in the US so the withdrawal is understandable. on a sidenote, I wished the US-gp would hav been raced in Long Beach anyways. I remember those races from early childhood days and it was an amazing track

I agree a return to Long Beach would've been nice, but I have a feeling the long rumored Vegas GP will come to be in the next couple of years, unfortunately.

agreed, the F1 bunch CAN just spend so much more money in vegas than in Lobg Beach :cry:

well there are TWO MotoGP USGPs next year
for the 4th year in a row it will be at Laguna Seca and i have been to all 3 so far
then one in Indy in September

I think the night race is an unnesessary stunt. But I'll probably change my mind when I see it.
