Hi and HELP!

Hello everyone, long time lurker 1st time poster....(LOL)

I am basically at the mercy of the boards here...... I ran in to this clip

the other day, and, quite frankly it's the sexiest damn thing I have ever seen. Only trouble is.....I HAVE NO CLUE where it came from....any assistance would be of great help....
