I have also noticed this girl..she is absolutely beautiful although these are not the best pics I have seen of her some with differnt names...I think she is a Brazilian?

Yes, Brazilian. She's aka "Gisele/Giselle Davilla." I kind of like the pic set posted by the OP since it looks like she's going back to her original look (as far as make-up is concerned).
