how do you re-size the avatar?

What's happenin' people, I'm having problems trying to re-size this avatar. Can anyone help?

thats easy

open the pic with a pic-viewer (like irfanview) or an even more powerful pic-manipulating software package like adobe photoshop or corel draw.

resize it, rename it

in some pull-down menu you will find the appropriate commando(s)

then load it up to your pic-hosting website of choice (like photobucket.com)

relink it

voila
