This was the first TS girl I ever saw in a magazine when I was in Junior high in the 90's.

The magazine was called SEXUAL ODDITIES.

In the magazine I remember they called her "Conchita Banana".

Anyone know or remember what her name was? What happened to her?

I think your name is great. The name she went by in Shemale Nymphos was "Carla" and the A.B.P.E.T.A. database also calls her Carla. I think "Conchita Banana" is just as good though, and funnier. She was before my time and was pretty "retro" even to me, so I don't know anything about her.
