Here in the states I would posit it would be Los Angeles and New York, simply based on numbers. How they stack up to other cities in other parts of the world, I really don't know. I would venture to guess there are trade-offs to consider.

I used to live in Austin. There are a lot of hot, young girls there especially considering that Austin is a fairly small city. But, Los Angeles is the best city for hot women. Los Angeles is also a huge melting pot and has beautiful women of every race and nationality.

I did find the girls in Austin a lot more down to earth and approachable than many of the c#nts in LA that I've dealt with.

My take on other cities:

Texas : the girls are a bit fake looking lots of Latin girls from Mexico and they tend to put alot of silicon in there faces!

Atlanta: Mostly black girls with lots silicon and either they look very really or not real at all!

LA: they look like street walkers and cross dressers. Very manly!

SF: Lots of asians and Mexicans dress kinda of hoochies not so classy! Some look hot but not classy in a cheap slutty way!

Miami: a mix of the NY and SF look!

From what I've observed the top 12 would be (in no paticular order

L.A, New york, S.F & Miami in the US.
B.A in Argentina ,Sao Paulo & Rio in Brazil
Phuket, Bangkok,Sydney in the Asia Pacific region
Rome & Paris in Europe

In the US the large cities just have more girls and etter work opportunities.

The 3 big Sth American cities appear to have an incredible number of girls.

The two thai cities are ladyboy paradise while sydney attracts a lot of girls from NZ, the pacific islands and a lot of filipinos, malaysian, thai and indonesian girls. Sydney is just one of those places that is attractive to live in.

Rome and Paris attract a lot of latin girls from Sth America and seem to edge spain and germany in sheer numbers. Spain does get a fair number of the famous sth american girls though.
