No clue, but I think it could be from Trans X series.
Might even been #12, i'd need to google for the box cover.

I found her name. She is Reina but is almost impossible to get any pics of her. Made only a few movies, for 2 I am sure. I guess she is form Brazil. Any more info on this beauty would be appreciated.
