I doubt if even the chimp would dare pardon Libby and Rove both. So that means that he would have to choose just one of the two criminals, or neither...what will shrubya do?

Show me the US Code that denies anyone in the Whitehouse the right to use other email addresses and also, the specific Code that forces Whithouse employees to use only Whitehouse email addresses.

After you`ve done that I would then like you to refresh your memory on the seperation of powers. Congress cannot snoop through emails for absolutely no reason.

Added to all that is the fact documents have been destroyed because the Executive does not need permission from the Legislative branch. And can do so after obtaining the views, in writing, of the Archivist concerning the proposed disposal of such Presidential records.

Or maybe you`re still hoping for a white Fitzmass? 8)

The Presidential Records Act requires the President to “take all such steps as may be necessary to assure that the activities, deliberations, decisions, and policies that reflect the performance of his constitutional, statutory, or other official or ceremonial duties are adequately documented and maintained as Presidential records."

To implement this legal requirement, the White House Counsel issued clear written policies in February 2001 instructing White House staff to use only the official White House e-mail system for official communications and to retain any official e-mails they received on a nongovernmental account.

Deep fried chickenhawk... Yeah ! 8)

Irrelevant since it was not codified into law.

Show me the US Code.
