Allannah, that has happened to all of us at one time or another. And, yes, it's extraordinarily frustrating. :evil:

The trick is if you know you're making a long, involved post write it using your Notepad, save it and re-save it after every paragraph. Then do a copy/paste to post it. If something goes wrong during the upload you can easily do it over. :)
