Legend, it is quite difficult to just choose the best 20. I agree with most of the movies on your list. I will take out Robin Hood:Men In Tights, Hots Shots Part Deux, The Cable Guy and Kingpin, and replace them with:

Hmmm...if you're looking for the funniest comedies, I would want to add "All of me", and maybe "High Anxiety" and "The Producers".

If it's a question of quality, I'd add "The Sunshine Boys", "The Odd Couple", "The Fortune Cookie", "Some like it hot" and maybe "Arsenic and old lace". I'd also add the hilarious French farce "Le diner de cons" ("The Dinner Game") which is planned to be remade in the US.

Those are just some. I doubt I would be able to keep my list to under 50 if I sat down and thought of all my favourites.
