Got this from a tech support individual after the De La Hoya/Mayweather fight rebooted 9 times on my cable box.......................
Step 1: order the fight (duh, but you have to say that, you never know who's reading)
Step 2: Call your local cable provider and tell the representative that you were unable to watch the fight (do not mention being credited yet)
Step 3: Hang up on the representative
Step 4: Call the next day, and with a calm voice say that you called the night before about the fight you ordered, your box had issues (PMS, rebooting, menstrual cramps, etc.)
Step 5: Now mention being credited
Your LCP will give you full credit on said PPV event...................
