There are very few songs that catch my interest beyond the moment.
Fewer still that move me beyond mere enjoyment of the melody.
Yet fewer that can move me to tears.
I've been hearing this one get a lot of recent airplay on 95.7 BenFM (Philadelphia), the station introduced by John O'Hurley (J. Peterman from Seinfeld).
I just saw the video on YouTube and used a lot of tiissues.

Nickleback's "If Everyone Cared"
If everyone cared and nobody cried
If everyone loved and nobody lied
If everyone shared and swallowed their pride
Then we'd see the day when nobody died
Fewer still that move me beyond mere enjoyment of the melody.
Yet fewer that can move me to tears.
