It looks like a Thrall or Gundersun Husky Stack. It is a piece of rolling stock for transporting shipping containers on rail, they are generally called double stacks, since the containers are stacked two high, they are also called well cars. Really weird choice for a tatoo, unless there is some graffiti that makes it different.

Probably ment to cover up surgical scars (note navel - also note a horizontal incision line running to the left of the junction where the "+" is).

Jesus, that poor girl appears to have about an 8-inch wound scar from her navel to just north of her pubic bone and another about 4 inches long running right about the level of the iliac crest......Whatever it was it was serious, or maybe trauma? The tat is the least of her worries, good luck to her.

A few years ago I was watching some MTV show where they bet people on the street to do semi-humiliating things (usually for $50 or $100 or so). They got some guy at spring break, gave him $200 to be blindfolded and get a tattoo on his arm of their choice.

Blindfold comes off, his upper arm now has a heart with "Rick Martin 4-Eva" inked on it. I was pretty apalled (unless the whole thing was fake, which didn't seem to be the point of the show).

Obviously, the tattoo has a very special meaning to Mandy, so it doesn't really matter what anyone thinks. Mandy is happy with it & that's all that matters. She thought long & hard about what she wanted & got it & as someone who is tattooed, my tattoos are for me, if other people like them great, if not, oh well, it's not their body.

TS Mandy is one of my favorites and I never noticed that tattoo. Actually I think I noticed it at first, but then it faded into the background. It doesn't distract from her at all as far as I can tell.
