Assuming "Yes" means "Greet", I voted "Yes".

It's really 50/50. If I'm moody, I don't chat with people I =know=. :P

It's also dependent on how the newb logs on. If they say something like "Hi, I'm so-n-so and I think this is a great place" I'm more likely to give a positive response than if they say "Yo! I think [Name of gurl] has an ugly dick!".

It's all relative.

More often than not, I'll post a hello. Beyond that, I don't usually pay that much attention to them until they seperate themselves from the pack in some way (humor, insightfullness, etc.). I say that simply because there are so many damn new posters here all the time that it's hard to seperate them until they put themselves out there in some way.
