TS Dating at College

Hi, longtime lurker, few time poster here with a question for the ladies. I'm a student at Penn State University and I've tried everything in my power to meet a nice TS, not for sex or some twisted fantasy, but rather to date. I have no idea where they are hiding, we have a student population of 40,000, and logic would tell me there are at least a few TS's around somewhere, and help would be much appreciated.
