Wow, that's a loaded question, Shade. Yes, I think you're spot on--some of the time. But it's a whole lot more complicated than you make it sound. Yes, I think a lot of guys fit the description you give, but by no means all. And yes, there are trannys who do get off on sex, just like there are trannys who hate escorting but do it for the money (some of these show it--they are ones to avoid--while others may hate it but are professional at what they do and provide top quality service anyway).

There are many circumstances which pretty prevent any other kind of sexual liason except pay-for-play. Many of us have life situations which preclude anything but the occasional (maybe once a month or maybe only a couple of times a year) encounter--wives, businesses, location (not everyone lives in NYC, Miami or LA)--but we still love the chance to be with an attractive TS and are quite willing to pay for the privilege.
