It's just that Holly is one of my all-time faves (and, judging from her accent, I'd be surprised if she were English).

In terms of TS bars, there are a few places in London, the Way Out Club on Saturday nights being the most notable. There is also a big TV/Fetish scene as well and the two overlap... certainly you wouldn't go out expecting to find only super-hot passable TS/TVs... in fact, it can be a mixed bag. But most are laid back. There is a growing Brazilian community, plus lots of Asians.

In terms of escorts, London offers a pretty wide selection, but also a fair share of ripoffs. And it's certainly far more expensive than the US, even allowing for the weak dollar.
