I keep it hairy except every 6-8 months when I get bored and shave it all off once then I let it regrow as I (re)learn how painful it is to be hairless. Plus my groin stays too moist without any hair. Also, I'm prone to getting split ends in my pubic hair, anybody else have this problem?

I had surgery about 4 years ago which required a shave downstairs. I enjoyed the way it felt so I have shaved ever since. The moisture issued is easily handled with some baby powder and I have found that the shaving is MUCH easier if I use some hair conditioner before the shaving cream.

Yes, how indeed do we get to those delicate patrs. Its can't be easy even with a mirror. I was suprised when a lady told me she prefers pubes unshaven (I had trimmed mine right back) above the old chap, bit of hair. Im not sure that hairy balls and arse is as attractive.

Actually, once you've gotten used to it (which doesn't take long), you don't need a mirror at all. I also had surgery (hernia repair) a few years back and was shaved--well, 2/3 shaved, which looked stupid. So I shaved it all off--and liked it, so I've been shaving ever since. I sometimes braid my pube hair, which takes time but is worthwhile becuase it looks better than my usual afro. Sometimes I might try to straighten it and do a fauxhawk with it, but I find it takes too long. I've also tried dreadlocks. The ladies went mad. I just shaved the other day. It's a pain when it grows back. I just wish there was an easier way to shave all over. I have a bodygroom but that takes forever and it's alright, but doesn't get it all. Plus the head falls off the shaver too often.

Ok, I took the advise and shaved "downstairs" totally. I have never done this before and just because I do the same "upstairs" I used after shave. Now I know what pain means! (just kidding)
