Overseas sites are they safe

I really want to join a few site in Italy as well as Brazil. In Brazil I am speacking of "Travestibrazil" and "Sampatrans". wrong spelling sorry. As well a "camiella" in Italy.
Has anyone had experience with these sites. I am NOT interested in content just the security of the credit card purchase. Thanks Roy

I joined a totally Brazilian site a few years back--I forget the name of the site, something like Mallorca? It was all in Portuguese, and even using an online translator I wasn't quite sure what I was getting, except it had 1000s of small pics of some very beautiful girls, and I had no credit card problems. Also joined a Dutch site once, no idea what it was, and that went OK too. Sorry no more specifics than that.
