Yes, that is her. I saw her once whe she visited San Francisco. She is very tall (about 6'5" in heels), and really hung too. I would say abot 8-10 inches.

And from what I've read over here, she has a reputation for sexual aggression in addition to her ample endowments. Also, from reviews I've read she is the anti-Ivy in terms of demeanor and personality.
