Hi Everybody !

Could you be so kind as to help me and inform me about some very important things to me.
I will be so grateful.
So ...
I am in a transformation proccess: boy into tg/shemale, but not for any commercial/escort purposes ... just for me, becouse I feel so and I don’t want to loose my orgasm.

1. How long can I take androcur (cyproterone acetate ) ? What happens when I overdose recommended “half a year” ?
2. Can I stop taking androcur after ridding off/removing my balls – (sorry for this plain vocabulary J ) ?
3. Is danasolium approprite for ts-shemale curation ?
4. What kind of therapy do you recomend in order to become pretty, femine transgender-shemale ?

Please, help. I come from Czech Republic and here the doctors’ knowledge about the medical way to become ts-shemale is quite poor.

Thank you Arianna for some usefull tips.
Arianna ... but I am going to remove my balls becouse I feel some pain in them ( I started taking Androcur more than one year ago) and rocognize it as a femine style, but for sure I want my penis with me :).

Do you think I will be able to be fully active ? What about with my sperm if I remove balls ?

Considering sperm is manufactured in the balls, then I'm gonna take a wild guess here....yes, removing your balls will mean no more sperm.

If you have an orchiechtomy or
because of estrogen or testosterone
blockers, you become chemically castrated,
there are a few things you should be aware of.

1. You will still be able to have erections
though they may be somewhat painful.

You will also find that the size of your
penis and scrotum have shrank, I trust
for you that will be a desireable side
effect.

As to sperm production that will also
decrease, but there will often be a
clear emission coming from your penis,
this fluid known as pre-cum in lay terms,
is produced by the Cowper's gland, which
is part of the prostate gland.

2. Though you will still be able to have
an orgasm, it may be difficult, and you
may want to tweak your dosage so
as to not lower your libido too much.

Hopefully you are under the care of a
physician and are being prescribed the
proper dosages for you.

3. And sweety, if you are going to be in the
'Sisterhood', lose the 'shemale' term.

Good luck. 8)

Hi,. Well I'm personally self medicating right now. I take 8mgs of estrofem...200mgs of spironolactone,... and 200mgs prometrium ...and electrolysis! i get mine from http://www.inhousepharmacy.com/index.html good luck!Keep in mind that FDA standards are different from the standards established in other countries. Some drugs, under the very same names, will differ in terms of these differences - although I can't say exactly what those differences might be. But, if you are close enough to Manhatten, I'd go to the Callen-Lorde clinic to find out where you're at with this stuff. You'll also get pretty awesome discounts on your meds if you use their pharmacy. And C-L will work with you, depending on your budget might be. http://www.callen-lorde.org/services/trans.html

Self medicating when you are first
starting out may not be the best way
to go.

And yeah Callen - Lorde is a really
geat place. I had gone to them back
in the day and found them knowledgeable and transfriendly.

I am reading, reading and reading ..... :)

But .... I could not find any good argumentation how to combine maximum feminity and ability to have full orgasm (without orchiectomy).
Is that possible for a longer term ?

Time, money, surgery, a proper HRT regimen, and hopefully
that you are starting out with somewhat of a feminine base.
