Of course there's a mid ground all Transsexuals have to start of somewhere. Usually as a male wearing womens clothing (crossdresser).
The question has more to do with lifestyle and the motivation of that person for wearing women's clothing this is all pretty obvious. If the crossdresser is a male who feels they have been born into the wrong body and as aspiration's of becoming a women and/or feels more comfortable living as one, or say is taking hormones for example then that's a Transgender Person. If the crossdresser is someone who lives as a male and is comfortable being so and wear's womens clothing for sexual reasons and gratification thens that's not a transgender person that's just a crossdresser. I guess what I am saying is a crossdresser can be both a trannsexual or just a male in womens clothings it depends what they want to achieve from there actions.
