the only thing that anyone seems to be interested in posting on this board is something that can bash the Democrats, the Republicians, or Bush. I have seen no interest in any other polictical issues nor possible political solutions to the problems we as a world community face. I just wonder why and when that tearing down and bashing became fashionable.

The entire U.S. culture has become this sort of
binary schoolyard name calling between the two
major parties. As a foreigner it is really amazing
and disturbing to see. And as Guyone has proved
any input (no matter how constructive the criticism)
is totally rejected as being irrelevant. Most people
here don't see the U.S. as being part of a larger
world community. They believe wholeheartedly that
this is the best country in the world and that anyone
who even suggests a change is a "godless communist"
While at the same time they totally ignore the most
basic commandments of the religion they profess.
