That's Kourtney. I would guess that is from Jet-Set #2. She also has her own site at http://tscenterfold.com

Every time I've seen Kourtney, she's had her hair slicked back; never seen it full like that!

Last time I saw Kourtney, her hair was strait, and long. She is a little more trim now. NOT THAT SHE LOOKS BAD in Jet Set 2!
She is based out of Houston, and right now I believe is in Chicago.
She is YUMMY too! :P
