How do you send someone a direct message?

click on their user name it will offer Private Message, click on that

it maybe right-click if you’re using a mouse rather than a pad

I'm on my phone. When ever I click on their name, it brings up their profile with no option to send a message

I was able to find the issue. I had to click on the setting to display the full site. Once I did, it worked exactly how you explained.
