I lurked 4 years then signed up.
Together we played funny word games, talked about mind altering experiences via poppers and buttchugging a concocktion of wine and Tussin DM, chatting with porn stars and even discussing the taste and consistency of semen and its associated health benefits.
How can we up the popularity? I'm thinking of writing hungangels in the bathroom stalls with a sharpie pen in all the airports I visit. When people shit they can see the website on the door and walls.
I was thinking years ago that this site would explode into one of the top popular sites, like in the top 200 of all websites because of mainstreaming the beauty of transgendered women.
Should hungangels start Google Adwords? How about YouTube commercials?
Semen is good to eat and everyone needs to know.

You really do live in a fantasy world.
The decline of this forum is sad, but it's the same process that has happened to many internet sites that were once popular. Once the process starts it's almost impossible to reverse. I'd say about 90% of the regular posters from 4-5 years ago have either disappeared or now post only rarely.
I think there's two main reasons for the decline:
1. People have found other ways to get their trans porn, and more of it. When I first came here trans porn was harder to find on the internet, so I felt like a kid discovering a free candy store. Now I know of lots of other sources, so that aspect is less important.
2. Once participation starts to decline it becomes a vicious circle. If people come here and they see less posting that interests them they will come less often. In particular, we seem to have lost most of the people who were interested in more than just porn. The forum will never thrive on porn alone, because of reason 1.

I came across this site in 2004 and joined in 2007 I felt isolated in regards to my trans attraction and felt I could never share this in real life.
This online community has been efucational, entertaining and eye opening all at the same time.
Trans awareness and ts porn is more mainstream now, still has a way to go for 100% acceptance into mainstream society.
I use to visit gay and trans clubs these days most trans go to straight clubs so the tide has changed.
I am here more for the conversations and B-Man stories around his love for ballmilk. Its a nice distraction from real life.
As for making the site more popular, dunno more marketing branding of the site on adult sites and other content.

Grooby doesn't make money from this site, so they have no reason to pay to promote it. The owner has made clear that they only keep the forum going to promote their paying sites and as a resource for the community, but only as long as it doesn't cost much.

3. Let's not forget the impact of the escort chat ban too.
Several years ago I'd go down the rabbit hole and report back my findings. I contributed there a lot which is why more members should respect me. People knew if the semen was good to eat or not before calling!
4. The mainstreaming of ts women. These days if a girl is half decently passible and you're walking down the street with her hand in hand I don't think anyone gives a shit even in areas that seem more traditional. Nobody cares.

That makes sense as a business, either way its a great forum, easy to use with lots of different topics related to trans admirers.

We're still a long way from a world where it's possible to discuss trans issues on any non-trans forum without attracting the usual derogatory or ignorant comments, though. I'm not aware of any forum like this one in that respect.

When I first joined in 2007, this place was the only website I knew of where you could meet and talk to other like-minded people. I remember being star-struck when Allanah Star quoted one of my posts. I used to add TS pornstars I recognise on MySpace but MySpace was so laggy because they allowed people to add too much shit to their profiles. Bebo was the No. 1 social media website here in those days, but its trans community was non-existent.

There are so many social media options now, compared to when this site launched. Back then there were forums and newsgroups. Now you have Reddit, Twitter, etc. where similar conversations can be had (personally I find Reddit difficult to navigate).
You might be surprised as to how many people actually lurk and read this forum but don't participate.
The removal of escort reviews did hurt it. That was out of my hands completely.
We have a few plans for this site in the next year, which I think may get more engagement. Stay tuned.

Yep, entire reason I came here all these years ago. I am sure I read one of your reports assuming your US based.
Haven't found any comparable resources since the escort talk ban internet wide however many years ago it was now. I have definitely been less active in the hobby since those times without the necessary resources.

I would imagine there could be a 1st amendment suit to defend those reviews.
Yes, it's a John reporting back the news on an illegal activity, but how is that different from a bank robber reporting back how he did it and how each bank was different?
What about people talking about their own personal experiences on YouTube with LSD, crack and fentanyl? Doing those drugs is illegal too.
The answer is clear, prostitution should be legal (it's my body, right and we have the right to choose) and people should be able to report back their findings.

Apologies for my previous post. And they should probably rename the site.

There is no ban on escort reviews as such, and it's not really about whether prostitution is legal. The relevant act removed the protection of internet sites in the US against liability for any actions by their users connected to sex trafficking. That means Grooby could potentially be liable if a review turned out to be linked to sex trafficking, even if they knew nothing about it.

Yes it can be a challenge. Have you considered social media?
If you can find on ts in your area, typically she knows more and her friends may also live close. That way you expand your opportunities.

Hey everyone,
Just signed up today, I think trans women are amazing and the attention they are getting in becoming more widespread.
In time, this forum and many others will be much more popular.
Feel free to dm if youd like, I signed up to become friends with others who also find beauty and attraction to trans women.
Thanks!
