There are various suggestions that her name is/was Ciara. Whether or not she is trans is not confirmed.

Doing a reverse search on the middle photo throws up some leads. I'm not sure if the links are legit, so I'm not posting them here. A word of warning- it seems she may have had some mental health issues and there is a strong possibility that you may find that she took her own life
