How do I remove a tag in a search box?

I wanted to search a spesific profile for a trans woman, and went to the profile search.

At the search engine it was a box where it stood "Also search in Children forums". It was a box in front of that who were like a blue background with a white v on it. Tried several times to remove the v in the blue box, but nothing happened. I am afraid to see something that I dont want to see, so I left the search engine. I dont know why they have a childrens forum on a site like this, but I definately dont want to see it.

Anyone who know how to remove the thing in the box so it not going to be a part of my search? It stood that I most be more specific in my search, but i dont want to risk to see anything bad.

Your fears are unfounded.

When it refers to child forums it is referring to the forum structure model - which is designed like the structure of a genealogical family tree.

So on here the forums are all in the same generation at the same level. A child forum is just a forum that is contained within another forum perhaps for discussion of a particular topic or aspect. For example we could start a forum called Showbusiness and then have a child forum called 'Awards Ceremonies' and another for 'Mainstream Films' etc. It can also be expressed as Showbusiness is the parent of 'Awards Ceremonies' etc. all this is related to a modelling paradigm called class hierarchy in computing.

I have no problem toggling the white arrow on and off. What device are you using?

Ah, ok. Then i understand why it is called Child forums. As I said, english is not my first language. I am using an Android phone. I Will see if I could fix it

I dont know why you would ruin my life with involving FBI? I am a normal guy with a normal life, I just have a TG attraction. And I was really worried that I would see something disturbing here because I didnt understood the search engine

it means that you should let it be otherwise more people will probably make jokes etc but since you posted five separate messages on it over the course of an hour then it will only draw more attention to it.
