There is quite a difference between a man who dresses like a woman for the purposes of sex but in pretty much every other way is still a man and a person who is transgender. I would contest that in nearly every case,, transgirls whether they are in the industry or not, started out with an attire change. The use of hormones and/or any sort of gender affirming surgery just means some girls are further along in their transition than others.

If there is a transgirl that went to bed one night as a masculine person named John and magically woke up a girl name Sally having skipped years of physical and emotional work/hormones/surgeries etc, they are the luckiest person ever and need to play mega millions!
