Itzel I'm going to give you some advice from a stuffy middle-aged conservative asshole - fuck your lease. Fuck your ex and fuck your lease, it's your life. Eight months is forever when you're young.

Hell, I may be a little out of touch with the rental community but IIRC rentals don't even show up on your CBR. At your age you could easily say you've just been living at home (wouldn't be a lie, wherever you live, that's home) and no one would even bat an eye. They're not going to call your mother and ask.

Go west, young lady. I have the feeling they're all just sitting around waiting for you to get there.

Like everything has to be done legal and ethical because I’m afraid of leaving and breaking my lease and ultimately shooting myself in the foot making it harder to simply find a stable place to live out in the west coast. It’s easy to give life advice when you haven’t truly suffered in silence trying to keep a roof over your head without support of family or friends. All I can say is I see the light at the end of this long dark tunnel I was in and can’t wait to start expressing more of who Iam and sharing it with the world and hopefully being an inspiration to other women in general that have found themselves in similar situations like me. Yes weed is a drug my ex unfortunately struggles with the demon of addiction of smoking pot and drinking heavily everyday so it makes living with him slightly sad and annoying to see but he’s also a very spoiled child so I can’t relate in that way since I’ve had to literally beg and plead for help. I didn’t want to add having a substance abuse problem in my life though there was many opportunities for me to go south but I always stood firm throughout.
