There is no designated 'Walking Street' in Manila, but there is in Angeles City further north -as is confrmed by the Ponderosa Hotel bus in the first photo. There are various clips of Walking St in Angeles (formerly Fields Avenue) on YouTube

Well, not quite... it's not like Pattaya, but P.Burgos Street in Manila is a little walking street.

P Burgos St is not pedestrianised as far as I know, and not a designated 'Walking St' as found in Angeles; its just a street with some girly bars. That is the distinction being made, just as the phots in Nikka's OP are from Angeles, not Manila.

True , there is only a little part of Burgos st. out of traffic, , but Nikka just wants to walk by the dumplings charts and the curbside... and check on the ladies.
