Honestly its kind of a crap shoot. I would say generally Friday is the best day and getting in around 11-1am is the best times. Its still early spring so its still kinda cold and most of the girls don't come out or leave super early. I would say late spring / early Summer tends to be the best time before everyone goes away to Fire Island. But like I said you never know and can be so random.
