LA - Cobra Club - closing

It appears that the famous LA Cobra Club is closing in North Hollywood after many years of having a great event on Thursdays. We keep looseing great venue's - Divas in SF and now Cobra.

That's a shame. I think I went there one time when I was in LA, although that was years ago.

This is a bummer. Hopefully they will keep goddess going in the valley. The drinks are overpriced in most big cities.

Drinks weren't over-priced at Cobra's as much as completely watered down. Bacardi was probably 75% water. They only did this on trans nights.
Fuck them - I'm glad they're done. We brought in a load of business over TEA show weekend for years and they never give us a deal for people visiting. Just greedy motherfuckers.

I was thinking of Thursday nights at Cobra. It used to be called Goddess but they changed it to Transfix.

As far as I know club cobra is still open. They talked about closing it but I guess they didn't. Transfix is also at El Cid 2nd Saturday of every month.
