What the hoo hay?! Damn, this is a good idea. Not really much of a deal for the members really (pay for a membership, then provide the ideas for the sites content), but it still would kinda fun. The artist/artists don't really seem too . . . overly talented, but since most people are much worse artists, this could be something cool.

Is whoever runs this site a forum member here? Anybody here join the site yet and check it out?

i joined the site. its not that good, at least not yet, because its new, it doesnt have much content.
then the fact that it could take two months before u even see your story drawn makes it even worse, smart con-artists tho, 2 months makes you have to get a longer membership

Honestly, two months before the stories get posted isn't that bad a turn around, really. Of course it's "up to two months", so who knows what the actual wait period is.

At minimum a person would have to pay thirty bucks to submit an idea (and it seems you have to be a member to submit ideas), and then at least another thirty dollars a few months down the road to see (and hopefully be able to download) the art. I'm not sure how many panels are included in each story, but let's say 10. That's basically commisioning a comic artist to illustrate a story for $6 per panel. Amazingly affordable, really. They could definately use some more, eh, refined art talent, but what ya gonna do?

In the 2257 section (I wasn't aware that was even required for cartoon "models") it says this regarding copyrights:

"Materials contained in any part of SheAniMale.com may not be reproduced, copied, edited, published, transmitted or uploaded in any way without the written permission of SheAniMale.com. Except as expressly stated in the Limited License provision in these Terms of Use. . ."

The Limited License part is the key. If they allowed the people submitting stories some form of Fair Use, where they retained equal ownership of the toon stories they submit, I'd say this site was a pretty good deal on both sides of the equation.

Can't blame these folks from wanting to make money, but fair is fair.
