This is where you can list your best of the decade that has passed. I have included some basic categories, but as, for example, I have no interest in pop/rock music you can create your own categories. It will be interesting to know how the decade is viewed.

Best general interest web Site- HungAngels. I am not choosing this to be kind to Steven, it really is the best of its kind, but not the only kind as Canada's shemalecanada comes close. HungAngels retains its position because while some complain General Discussion has just become a set of gallery threads, it is overall diverse and contains enough to interest those who come here. I don't know if it will be here in ten years time, but congratulations, and thanks to Steve for keeping it going, when Government attempts to control the internet and its porno content have all failed, he stands out as a winner.

Best Cam Show Site -LiveJasmin, Chaturbate, I'mLive, Streamate -how does one choose?
This is impossible, because in the last ten years the quality of the video feed, in terms of its visual and sound dimensions, has transformed the industry. The first transgendered performers on LiveJasmin were often seen through a cobweb. That the industry seems today to be dominated by Colombians and Filipinos is something that might change over the next ten, if this industry survives various attempts to shut it down.

Best Performer- Venus Lux and Miran. Again, a definitive list is Impossible, not just because of personal taste, but because we are living through a golden age. I know there are good reasons to revere the performers of the past, but I have to admit to being glad to have lived long enough to see Venus Lux, Mia Isabella, Yasmin Lee, Sunshyne Monroe, Chanel Couture, Chanel Santini and Khloe Kay in the US, Miran and Thippy in the East, and a roster of Amazons from Brazil, many of whom have moved into the hospitality industry in Europe, to Europe's benefit. I think in particular Japan has emerged with more performers but perhaps their lack of English has inhibited their progress? I don't know how one lists any of these performers because it is a matter of taste, but my two stars are Venus Lux and Miran.

Best Films -12 Years a Slave; Isle of Dogs; Son of Saul; Blade Runner 2049; The Turin Horse.
(Worst Films - Black Panther; Ex Machina; Inside Llewellyn Davis; The Artist).

Best TV Shows - Chernobyl; Game of Thrones; Quacks; The Detectorists.

Best in Sport -Leicester City Football Club winning the Premier League title.

Best Music -concerts in Symphony Hall, Birmingham, one of the finest concert halls in the world, Welsh National Opera's production of Die Meistersinger von Nurnberg, with Bryn Terfel as Sachs.

Best Whisky -Ardbeg AO. One of the Big Three for a reason, to be drunk slowly, with pious reverence, at night, to improve the quality of one's dreams.

Laphroaig Lore for me but the newest Islay distillery, Kilchoman makes a strong case. Both their entry level bottling, the Machir Bay and the Sanaig are superb drams.
Revelation of the decade though is that whisky's from outside Scotland are rapidly catching up. Most know about Japan but Paul John (India), Mackmyra (Sweden) and Penderyn (Wales) plus a few others are all coming up with some fantastic expressions these days.

I have seen Kilchoman iand Mackmyra n Waitrose and will investigate. Penderyn is not worth drinking, a view also taken by a Welsh friend, while my man in India does not rate Paul John highly. Have yet to try Japanese whiskies, though I think I tried one but cannot recall its name, so it could not have been any good, but they are very expensive.

I know purists will rebuff me but

That is the finest I have had and not nearly the most rare or costly.

Best in Sport -Leicester City Football Club winning the Premier League title.

That seems a rather parochial choice, Stavros - the equivalent of me nominating the Western Bulldogs winning the AFL grand final. I know there's no objective way to compare across sports, but was that really a bigger achievement than Usain Bolt winning the Olympic sprint double for the third time, or Michael Phelps winning a record 23 Olympic gold medals (13 in individual events)?

Usain Bolt is not to be taken seriously, I mean it is curious is it not that almost the entire Jamaica track team was found guilty of illegal doping but not one individual who just happened to earn a few people a very great deal of money. The extent of the doping, as extensive as the Russian, demanded the whole of the Jamaica team be banned from competition, but it did not happen, and you know why.
In the context of the UK where I live, Leicester's achievement was stunning, not just because they just escaped relegation the season before, but owing to the verve and creativity -and sometimes luck- with which they won it. It was because it was so exceptional that I chose it, rather than the more obvious cases of Serena Williams, Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal, but that also exposes my limited interest in sport, as I can't think of anyone else, other than Tom Brady but that is a game I know nothing about, other than the attempt of America's No 1 Liar and impeached for violating the Constitution and obstructing justice, who attempted to hi-jack the sport for his own benefit and has been denied a licence to run a team every since. He and Murdoch are doing what they can to diminish and demean American Football, again, for obvious reasons.

Penderyn and Mackmyra for that matter tend to divide opinion. Tried several of Penderyn's new range at a whisky fair last year and one of them was amongst the highlights of the event. Just wish I could remember which one now...
Paul John I fully expected to loath the first time I sampled one but I'd now buy the Paul John Brilliance over most Scottish Speyside whiskies. Kavalan (Taiwan) is another receiving rave reviews these days but I was less impressed by the ones I've tried.
Japanese have shot up in price over the last few years and are in my opinion they are good rather than great and not worth the money.

For some context, I'm a big fan of Laphroaig, Lagavulin, Bowmore and Kilchoman but somewhat less so of Ardbeg.

That highlights the subjective nature of it; eg how to weigh up incredible one-off performances vs performance over the whole decade. I don't think anyone would argue that Leicester City was the best football team of the decade.

Only you could turn a sporting discussion into a polemic against Donald Trump. I'm tempted to nominate you for HA poster of the decade - you have certainly been the most prolific and opinionated.

I am a recent convert to Ardbeg, and will not pursue Japanese whiskies unless I have cash to burn, not least because I am not supposed to be drinking alcohol at all for medical reasons! I tend to think of Speyside whiskies as an Aperitif, being lighter than the other single malts. I could also say that in the last ten years I discovered Bunnahabhain, perhaps too honeyed for some but rewarding.

You make a good and valid point about Leicester, as they were a weak team for most of the decade, and only flourished in one season, though they are doing well this season too. I have no interest in Cricket or Rugby (Union or League), Basketball, like Ice Hockey is a mystery I have no interest in deciphering, while watching women's volleyball with a friend was like watching birds mate -blink and you miss everything.
The football story told often, is condensed into one article here-
