Probably because she didn't take hormones either because she didnt want to or didn't had the time for her breast tissue puff up and expand naturally from the hormones, so for her to get more tissue so the implant would fit and would look more natural then it just looking like there is a tennisball in her chest(i think) she got a breast expander which gives a very odd unnatural shape to the breast(the second picture shows what it looks like, the skin looks to be red from it stretching) because its basically like putting 2 balloons in your chest and gradually having a doctor pump them up, which really doesn't do the job well since the balloon isn't going to fill the cavity correctly like a natural breast. It's mainly used for masectomy patients, and it looks much different in them because the tissue and skin is atleast used to being stretched in the right shape

I have met a few girls who had string and they all speak very bad about them. I know two girls that almost died from infections from the string implants. You see the string implants keeps on producing fluid in the breast (that is why they get so huge) and its very hard to the incision to heal. The often turn out rock hard and very uneven.
I personally would nto get them as I believe silicone implants are the best.
The only problem is that in the USA there is nothing manufactured in silicone over 800 ccs. You can get them custom made in Europe but its very hard to get them into the country.
I have girls who have huge string, saline, and silicone implants and by far the most impressive where Dawn Whitmans who has 3000 ccs silicone and they were soft like butter. I removed the 1200 cc implants I had (which I know regret) because they were too hard. Granted what I have now feels much better, but I like the look of th ebigger boob. Eventually, I hope to go to 1500 cc silicone, but I will have to have that surgery done in Europe- I hope France, since I have been researching the late Lolo Ferrari's doc.
