Yaniv can go fuck themselves. Creepy pedophile that one. Doubtful they’re even really trans. A horrible individual

Crap like this is going to set the Transsexual community back decades (because of the backlash which will ensue). Nobody should be used for discrimination because they don't want to wax someone else's private parts.

Thoughts? Yaniv is a disgusting slob using being trans as a platform and setting transwomen back.

looks and supposed transition aside, if you google jonathan or jessica yaniv, this person is an idiot and does not deserve any attention other than vilification for their actions.

I don't care about the lawsuit itself except to say that refusal to provide a service such as a brazilian wax to this person is no different than refusing to sell a cake to a gay couple or let a black person drink from a water fountain that says whites only. it is discrimination on the part of the service provider therefore it was wrong.

I don't think she's actually trans and is just a scam artist, and a poor one at that. So they had the right to refuse her.

With that logic would say an “escort” doesn’t have the right to refuse service to anyone?

there is a difference and here is where my ignorance of the lawsuit would come into play.

independent contractors (which escorts usually are) do not have any corporate responsibility and get to reserve the right of who they will work with and when they will provide a contracted service. The whole point of working for yourself is to get to be "choosy" with your clients and time. For example, if I wanted to hire someone to cut my toenails, I cannot just find some random cosmetologist on the street and force them to do it.

if a customer trying to obtain service from a business that is open to the public is discriminated against, that customer has a right to have some beef. whether it rises to a lawsuit is a different story but people like to sue.

So...not knowing the details of who refused and under what circumstances they refused to wax this person's asshole, I can't say if Yaniv had standing for a suit but I will admit that if I walked into a spa/salon here in NYC and asked for my asshole to be waxed and was refused on the basis of anything but my asshole was full of poop (i.e. hygiene issues), I would bitch my ass off on SM and to the BBB. I might not sue but I probably could because we live in a litigious society.
