Based on signs in the background in a couple of the pictures it appears to be Stringfellows A-GoGo in Pattaya which went out of business in 2015. I have seen similar action in pictures on other forums, but I didn't visit Pattaya until after this club had closed.

These days, Baby Boom in Pattaya has the wildest bar action.
