Transgender Venues

I'm sure this has been asked before, but which of these major cities / areas currently has the best venues (nightclubs and bars) for transgenders. Or should I say transgender friendly. I thought it was LA, but I keep hearing that it isn't as great anymore. Despite having Club Cobra, Mary's, and WeHo. And I know New York has some bars in Manhattan.

Miami / Fort Lauderdale
Los Angeles / Southern California (OC / SD
San Francisco / Bay Area
Houston
Austin
Dallas / Fort Worth
New York / Tri-State

And also which of the US Island territories have a better scene.

Puerto Rico or Hawaii?

I will be visiting Chicago this coming week and am thinking about checking out SHANNON SPEARS' TGIRL NIGHT CLUB which is the https://tgirlnightclub.com event. Has anyone been? Thoughts? I think it is more a play party venue than a bar...
