I've been on HRT for a short amount of time, but I think I can give a lot of information on this.

I noticed a slight change in my sex drive going down since HRT, but everything else is better. Sometimes I can get horny without having any penis function and it feels like tickling all over the body, it's really hard to explain because there's nothing like it. On hormones you lose the ability to get hard as easy and I don't get random boners, but I can normally get hard easily if I'm horny and want to (or some even pop viagra).

Orgasming is 10 times better than when I wasn't on hormones. Sometimes it takes longer to cum, but the orgasm sensation after cumming can sometimes last 5 times longer than male orgasms (which for most guys is like up to 10 secs). The orgasm is more intense and slowly comes down after time vs male orgasm is very intense and disappears almost instantly after a short period. The amount of cum you produce drastically goes down too and you produce very thin clear loads.

When fully hard my penis is also very sensitive, similar to the way a male feels after cumming and he's still rubbing, but more pleasurable. Orgasms are also more full body where it feels like your entire body is sensitive.

It's hard to explain because orgasms are very different time to time, some are really long and others are more similar to males orgasms. This is what I've experienced so far on HRT though, and I'm sure every TS girl is different depending on her biochemistry.

It's the manner he asked it. Asking about the effects of HRT affecting sex drive is a pretty common question and he did it in a professional matter. Assuming TS are "over-sexed" in your question comes off as having porn and escorts as your only go to for information on TS. What are you talking about, after like 1 year of HRT you go down to like 1/8 of your testosterone. Many are barely slightly higher testosterone than females and some are even in range. Within another year on HRT you eventually get to the same range as females. Cumming also has nothing to do with sex drive. Some trans girls can barely cum and have amazing orgasms.
