i find the place friendly filled with a varying quality of girls (both professional and girls out for the night).
there are enough non-pros to make it worth a trip or two (some nights are better than others).

i would say if you are approached by some of the more forward girls - establish early on if they are punting for biz as it saves time and disappointment.

This is very true. I went once and never again because the joint is loaded with working girls awaiting the highest bidder. The trans girls were spoilt for choice, so many guys to choose from. The ratio had to be 4:1, guys to girls.

Thanks guys we didn't go there, Way out club is too far from where we were. We hit some club in Soho, off Beak Street I think, bar bill was over 300 quid for four of us, it was a straight bar but the girls were attracting some attention, it may of been called Gem? Great atmosphere.

The only actual sex club in London I know of is SheWorld in Leyton or Walthamstow. That's more or less a gay-type sauna for trans people.
