Okay Lord Fanny is Brazilian so despite the blonde wigs you probably need to go Latin. If you were being serious probably Gael Garcia Bernal who nailed drag in Bad Education. He's certainly who I would have cast back when the comic was out.

As far as drag queens/impersonators go, if RuPaul's Drag Race is any indication, I'll pass. Most of the time "talent" is non-existent on that show as is any femininity but perhaps that is what Lord Fanny is about. I had no idea who this character was before this thread.

Perhaps it is the "Drag Race" show set up that makes it as such since the performers are usually under duress for the sake of "competition." Maybe their stage show or persona that go them on is better crafted. Admittedly, Domino was featured on RuPaul's show and look how awesome she turned out.
