What's hilarious is that the White House is trying to spin the charges as being no big deal for them, and then Trump undercuts them with a bunch of angry tweets FULL OF CAPITAL LETTERS. https://www.salon.com/2017/10/30/paul-manafort-has-been-indicted-and-donald-trump-is-reacting/ As JK Rowling nicely put it "Nothing expresses calm confidence better than a caps-locked scream of 'DO SOMETHING!"
