In it you get to watch Holly Parker's gender reassignment surgery (GRS) & it's graphic !
However got to say really happy for her & it was lovely to see her so happy having the surgery. Really interesting & recommended watching. Well it's BBC 2 Horizon which produce amazing documentaries.
