How do you attach a pic when replying on here?

In the message editor click on the Insert Image icon in the toolbar - it's the third one from the right-hand end

For a more comprehensive utility click on the Go Advanced button at the bottom right of the message editor pane to bring the Advanced Editor up, then click on the Manage Attachments button and use the uploader there
