I got a couple to see what all the hype was about...meh. Not really that entertaining after a day or so.

Designed to help people with ADHD (Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder). Presumably to improve attention span, though I haven't looked for info to check if that's correct. Ironically, they are already being banned in some schools for distracting pupils...
