I might've guessed female sex hormones make the balls shrink, but then her face and body was already feminine when her balls were regular size.

Perhaps better if I don't post a pic, or name the escort, because I want to make sure I remain within community guidelines. Though I actually like the escort's current look a lot(not her previous look, but her current one). I like the escort to have small balls. because hormones make a face look feminine. or she could have had surgies. testes alone don't affect that.

but what i'm saying is that her face already looked feminine while she had the regular sized balls, and in a later pic her face was the same already feminine face, but her balls were much smaller.

i.e. same face (So i'm not talking about surgery on the face).. the face was the same.. the balls were smaller in the later pic.

Obviously. I don't think you're understanding the question.. Why would they leave her face as soft as it is(which is already soft perhaps from previous hormone use), and decrease balls size. And additionally, why would it have been before, that her face softened and went feminine yet her balls remained regular size.

Unless there are specific hormones that shrink balls and specific ones that cause a feminine body, which I doubt, though there may be? (though I doubt you'd know if there were).
