I would overlook 98% of the transsexuals from Chicago if I were you, based on what I've seen on this site they are rough around the edges.

well, Chicago is a bit of a rough and tumble town, but i've met some really nice, personable TSs in the Windy City

Girls like me vent our frustrations out here, so when we turn the computer off we deal with our clients and friends with ease. Bad for business when you don't vent and have a good laugh!!

BTW I love this place on Diversy by Clark called The Counter. BEST burger in Chicago made the exact way YOU want it.
