They order everything offline

So there is no doctor telling them they can't transition!

Why many wont get castrated either, because they need notes from a doctor.

Or many look for doctors who don't need notes.

Many girls go post op over in Thailand too, because many of the doctors aren't as hard on their standards of care.

Cmon kelly what possible good would it do me to post my picture here...i never said i am passable, i do not think highly of my looks, and im not arrogant actually but i use my heart and mind when going through life....and me being insecure about my looks has nothing to do with my opinion about transwoman in general...try and quote me one time that i ever said anything bad about the looks of others...except for what i am going to say about you now since you were so kind to try and hurt me when calling the girl a crossdresser in my pic...talking about being on a pedestral:
